Director, Business Development
Ron Flavin is a life-long entrepreneur with a broad range of global and domestic business experience. Flavin started his first business venture at the age of 21, later launching a manufacturing company that developed products for mass marketers including Wal-Mart, Walgreens, and Kroger. For the past 15 years, Flavin has dedicated himself to providing strategic, operational and new business development consulting services to organizations, governmental agencies and companies small and large in the United States, South America and Europe. He is also an accomplished fund raiser, having raised more than $93 million over the last 15 years. He is fluent in Spanish, holds a BA in Business Management, an MBA and has recently completed his coursework for his doctorate in business management.
As Director of Business Development, Flavin identifies new business opportunities and analyzes these ventures to determine if they would create value for the company and in turn, provide the best service to meet the client’s needs. His experience in dealing with all levels of government agencies and private sector interests enables him to use a number of skills simultaneously, including strategic planning, financial analysis, negotiation, and industry subject-matter expertise which are critical to the growth of CMCG in the correctional consulting industry.
